This role combines creative problem-solving with an opportunity to design custom artwork for apparel, signage, promotional products, and more. This is an on-site position in our Alcoa, TN office. Remote applications will not be considered. What You’ll Do Create custom graphics for screen printing and signage projects Prepare customer-supplied artwork in a variety of formats Separate artwork colors into compatible formats for screen printing production Collaborate with the production team to ensure artwork translates correctly to print Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously Communicate with sales team on art approvals and revisions What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop General understanding of the screen printing and print processes a plus Strong sense of typography, composition, and hierarchy A creative problem-solver who can work within brand guidelines Organized and able to handle multiple projects Portfolio or work samples required Why GoTeez Pay is commensurate with experience Mon. – Friday (in-office) Free Branded Tees Free slushies + Coca-Cola products on the clock Team outings and lunches A creative environment where your work is seen, worn, and celebrated #J-18808-Ljbffr GoTeez Clothing Company
