Construction Superintendent - Healthcare

Construction Superintendent with proven experience leading healthcare projects, plus Class A commercial and higher education builds, while managing safety, quality, and schedules. Open to Southeast travel and skilled in overseeing field operations, subcontractors, and complex healthcare environments. Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their healthcare construction division. Description Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly. Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and resolve any on-site challenges. Manage materials and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure alignment with overall project objectives. Profile A successful Construction Superintendent should have: Experience managing on-site construction operations and coordinating with subcontractors. Knowledge of construction safety protocols and compliance requirements. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle project challenges effectively. Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members. Familiarity with construction scheduling and project management tools.
