Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $21 - $21 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Carpenter Helper:

• Assist Carpenter Helpers with measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other construction materials

• Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and supplies

• Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and protective barriers

• Clean and maintain job sites, ensuring safety and efficiency

• Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision

• Hold materials in place during installation and assist with framing, trim work, drywall, and other carpentry tasks

• Clean up job sites, remove debris, and dispose of waste properly

• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or lead Carpenter Helpers

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds and perform physically demanding work

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation to job sites
