Medical Surgical RN Part TIme

HCA Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Medical Surgical RN (Part Time) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care to adult patients with a wide variety of medical and post‑surgical conditions on a busy med‑surg unit. Working collaboratively with physicians, therapists, case managers, and support staff, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs and patient responses, and promptly recognize and respond to changes in patient status. You will coordinate patient education and discharge planning, communicate clearly with patients and families, and document accurately in the electronic health record while maintaining strict adherence to safety, infection prevention, and hospital policies.
