Summary

COMC has an exciting opportunity for a Listing Squad Captain to join our team in Algona, WA . The Squad Captain oversees the day-to-day processes of their squad, ensuring that work is completed accurately and efficiently. As a role model to squad members, the ideal Squad Captain will lead reliably and ethically, maintain a positive and contagious attitude, and uphold the values and standards set by the company.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and highly organized, with strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and motivational skills. They are discreet, tactful, and proactive in building and maintaining effective working relationships across teams. They thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, and evolving environment and can communicate effectively at all levels of the organization while supporting operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Be a willing and collaborative partner in supporting all areas of the organization. 
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 
• Continue to handle the responsibilities outlined in the Listing Generalist or Listing Specialist role, as applicable.
