Job Category : Dental Tech Designer Requisition Number : DENTA005040 Posted : October 8, 2026 Full-Time Locations Showing 1 location LA Digital Center Buena Park, CA 90620, USA Description Key Responsibilities Coordinate and participate in the full CAD/CAM process including scanning, designing, and manufacturing Operate manufacturing equipment including milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering ovens Read work prescriptions and examine cases to determine dental restoration design Fabricate crowns, bridges, and inlays/onlays to precise specifications Read, interpret, and design dental restorations to client specifications using dental CAD software Communicate case planning across all lab departments Meet tight production deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality restorations Communicate clearly with technicians and doctors using strong verbal and written skills Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in Crown and Bridge Design using CAD/CAM technology Certified Dental Technician (CDT) with 3–5 years of related fabrication experience (crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays); or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with 3Shape, Nobel, Exocad, and other desktop scanners and software Knowledge of CAD/CAM processes including scanning, designing, and manufacturing Ability to operate milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering ovens Proficiency in dental anatomy and terminology Experience in a regulated environment preferred Strong attention to detail; willing to learn, critical thinker, organized, and self-directed Hourly Rate: $25 – $40 per hour depending on experience Health, Vision & Dental Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for you and your family Life Insurance & AD&D: Basic Life Insurance and AD&D, 100% company-sponsored Disability Insurance: Short-term and long-term disability, 100% company-sponsored 401(k) Plan: Company match up to 5% of salary Paid Time Off: 15 days in the first year (6 vacation + 9 sick days), increasing to 20 days from the second year Birthday PTO: One paid day off on your birthday Paid Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year About Hiossen Hiossen, established by its parent company Osstem in 2006 in Pennsylvania, USA, saw its evolution into Hiossen Implant by 2007 in NJ.
