Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description One of our top clients is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support daily operations at a consumer goods manufacturing site in Morristown, TN. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance and housekeeping activities using CMMS systems, while working closely with the Director of Facilities Operations as a key second-in-command. You will manage work orders, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position requires strong administrative and organizational skills, with a heavy focus on computer-based coordination, reporting, and vendor management.
