Franklin Ford is looking for motivated individuals that are looking to maximize their income! No prior Automotive sales experience is necessary, we also offer training pay of $1,000 per week for individuals with no experience. Individuals with no Automotive sales experience can expect to make $60,000-$80,000 in your first year of employment. Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs. Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and pricing to clients. Negotiate sales terms and close deals that meet customer satisfaction and company goals. Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors. Collaborate with the sales team and support staff for a seamless customer experience. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or related industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
