Classroom Management: Skilled in creating a nurturing, structured environment using Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) to encourage social‑emotional growth. Collaborative Spirit: A team player who communicates effectively with parents, colleagues, and administration. Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging, standards‑based lessons that integrate Catholic values. Utilize data to drive instruction and support student achievement. Foster a classroom culture of respect, kindness, and academic curiosity. Participate in school liturgies, faculty meetings, and professional development. Requirements Valid New Jersey Teaching Certification (Elementary K‑6 preferred). Experience in a primary or elementary classroom setting. Strong technology integration skills.
