Digital Analytics Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, scorecards, alerts, and ad hoc analyses
• Develop analytics solutions supporting Customer Experience and digital product performance
• Use SQL to query, analyze, and transform data from multiple sources
• Design and maintain Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions
• Utilize Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics to analyze digital customer behavior
• Monitor digital products and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs)
• Analyze customer behavior and digital engagement patterns to identify trends and opportunities
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand analytics requirements
• Support data-driven decision making across the organization
• Develop recurring reporting and automated analytics outputs
• Create alerts and monitoring solutions to identify changes or performance issues
• Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business and customer experience questions
• Work with analytics platforms and data environments including Azure, ADX, and Databricks
• Maintain accurate and reliable dashboards and analytical reports
• Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders at different organizational levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital products and customer experiences
• Investigate complex data and analytics problems and develop appropriate solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes, reporting, and measurement
• Perform additional digital analytics and reporting activities as assigned
