PMO Project Manager

Location: San Ramon, CA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Alo Yoga is seeking an experienced PMO Project Manager to oversee multiple cross-functional projects and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have strong project governance experience, financial management skills, and the ability to work with executive stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent projects across business and technology teams. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Track project costs, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution. Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and KPI metrics. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Drive PMO best practices, governance, and project documentation. Required Skills Minimum of 12+ years of Project Management/PMO experience. Experience managing multiple enterprise projects simultaneously. Strong expertise in project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar PM tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments. Preferred PMP certification. Experience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer products.
