**Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum of 1 year OT at Acute Hospital - Effective 11/30/24, IU Health requires no IN RN's to work at their facilities except for specific exempt positions. - 18 months of experience required, exceptions based on unit. - Experience in managing high acuity ICU/PCU is preferred. - Cerner Experience preferred. **Certifications and Licensure:** - BLS, IN state license, NBCOT required. - Manual Therapy and Lymphedema certifications/licenses preferred. - License must be in hand prior to start date, with options for temporary licenses pending permanent application. **Skills and Specializations:** - Required: Billing, High Acuity ICU & PCU, Acute Disorder, Assessment, Chronic Disorder, Functional Activities, Shoulder Replacement, Fracture Repair. - Preferred skills include Manual Therapy, Lymphedema management, experience in specialized areas like OT assessment, discharge planning, and supervision of COTAs. **Education:** - Graduates must be from universities accredited by the ACEN or CCNE. **References:** - Two supervisor references required.
