Front End Loader Operator

Front End Loader Operator Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Position Type: Temporary with the potential to become permanent (Temp-to-Perm) Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating front end loaders in a safe and efficient manner. This position is responsible for loading, moving, and transporting materials while maintaining productivity and adhering to all safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate a front end loader to move, load, and transport materials safely and efficiently. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs. Load trucks, hoppers, bins, and other designated areas with materials. Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper operation at all times. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow company policies, procedures, and all OSHA safety regulations. Assist with general labor duties as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of front end loader operating experience required. Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in various work environments.
