Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist)

Join CHE Behavioral, a leading multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions since 1995. As a Licensed Mental Health Professional , you will be part of a team of over 600 psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, counselors, and licensed marriage & family therapists, working together to provide quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional at CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to work in our East Lyme, Connecticut office, providing Behavioral Health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Our team is committed to providing compassionate and cost-effective care, with a focus on improving the quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Provide quality clinical services to older adult patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing staff, recreation therapists, and social workers
Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and services
