Future Opening: Customer Service Representative This is a full time position with a regular schedule and weekends off! Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. The role includes commissions, paid training, paid time off, paid holidays, and performance bonuses. Earn Commissions on Closed Sales Regular Full-Time Schedule with Weekends Off Paid Vacation and Holidays Performance Bonuses 401K Casual and Creative Work Environment A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will: Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center Respond to customer inquiries to determine sign needs and provide recommendations and quotes Process customer orders accurately, obtain approvals and payment Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and in-person Build long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into long‑term clients Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative: Previous retail or counter sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills including experience with a point‑of‑sale system, data entry, and email communication Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn Great listening and organization skills Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more) Consistent and reliable attendance Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour At FASTSIGNS, every day is unique and offers exciting opportunities to grow your skills in a large network of independently owned locations worldwide.
