Job Summary Position Type: Support Staff / Instructional Assistant Date Posted: 5/14/2026 Location: Clark-Pleasant Middle School Date Available: 07/27/2026 Reports To: Building Principal FLSA Classification: Hourly Non-Exempt Compensation: Based on Classified Pay Model Work Calendar: 183-Day Calendar Standard Hours: 6.75 Hours/Day Perf: CPCSC is a Non-PERF District Responsibilities Provide instructional assistance as needed. Follow the IEP as written and developed by the teacher of record. Perform all duties as indicated by the supervising teachers and the administration. Assist with supervision and instruction of pre-school students. Qualifications The preferred candidate will be a licensed elementary teacher; at least 48 college credits; an associate's degree or willing to take and achieve a passing score on the ParaPro Assessment prior to beginning work. The preferred candidate will have experience working with elementary children. The preferred candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively.
