Competitive Salary $80,000 - $105,000 (Based on experience) Flexible Schedule & Work Settings Full‑Time or Part‑Time in Clinic, Home, and/or School Supportive Team Weekly collaboration and mentorship Work‑Life Balance Monday‑Friday, No Weekends What You’ll Do Provide evidence‑based occupational therapy services to children (ages 0‑18) in clinic, home, and/or school settings. Address sensory processing, motor development, feeding, and oral motor skills. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech‑Language Pathologists, and Behavior Therapists. Maintain timely and accurate documentation. What We’re Looking For Current California Occupational Therapist License. Minimum of 1‑2 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience required. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Experience working with children in clinic, school, and/or home‑based settings preferred. CPR Certification (preferred). Bilingual skills are a plus. Passion for working with children and providing family‑centered care. Additional Certifications / Preferred Skills Sensory Integration or Social‑Emotional (SWC) Certification (Preferred). Feeding, NDT, or other pediatric specialty training is a plus.
