We are excited to announce a $8,000 Sign-On Bonus for this role.

Our organization is in search of a dedicated Full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Requirements for the PT Position:

• Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

• Possession of a valid Physical Therapy License in New York State is essential.

• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care is preferred; however, we encourage new graduates with relevant fieldwork experience to apply.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Assess residents’ conditions and create tailored physical rehabilitation plans.

• Utilize exercises, hands-on therapy, and stretching techniques to alleviate residents’ pain.

• Assist residents with their activities and monitor their progress.

• Oversee the work of physical therapy assistants.

• Ensure resident confidentiality and uphold the integrity of the facility.

• Adhere to all federal, state, and local legal and professional standards.

• Foster a collaborative environment among healthcare team members.
