Shift: Day 4x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30) / Day 3x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30)

Requirements:
- Long Term Care LPN - Mt. Angel, Oregon and surrounding areas
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 4x8hr, 3x8hr Days, rotating weekly VARIABLE
- Schedule: may fluctuate
- Ratios: 1:15-25
- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
- First-Timers Accepted: No
- Certs REQ: BCLS
- Is On-Call REQ?: No
- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes
- Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
- Pending License Accepted: No; Lic REQ
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 (per contract)

Special Requirements:
- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
- Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster
