Branch Manager (Branch Director)The Branch Manager (Branch Director) role will oversee the operations of our home health agency in Augusta, GA, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.This role requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care.ResponsibilitiesAs Branch Director, you supervise the clinical operations of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing. You will need to understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care services and be able to problem solve.
