HR Data Intelligence Analyst III

Conduct complex analyses of HR and workforce data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights. Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, SQL, and Python. Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions. Deliver data-driven recommendations supporting HR and business objectives. Develop and enhance automated reporting processes. Perform data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure reporting and analytics integrity. Analyze workforce metrics and KPIs related to turnover, retention, employee movement, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Support cross-functional projects with analytical expertise, reporting solutions, and decision-support insights. Document reporting processes, business rules, data definitions, and technical procedures. Identify and recommend process improvements, reporting optimization, and enhanced use of HR data and analytics. Requirements Must live and work in the U.S. Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in HR, Business Administration, Analytics, I/O Psychology, or a similar area of study; alternatively, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience. 5–8 years of analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data management, or a related analytical discipline, including translating business requirements into data-driven solutions, in addition to education requirements. Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with ownership and execution. Adaptability in a changing business environment. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and customer-focused support. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred. Working knowledge of data stewardship, data governance, and data quality principles. Experience developing reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Experience with HRIS platforms and HR data structures preferred. Knowledge of HR, workforce, or HR analytics concepts preferred.
