RV Parts Counter Associate

Irstream Inland Empire is looking to hire a full‑time RV Parts Counter Associate to provide exemplary Guest service in our parts department. We exclusively sell and service Airstream Travel Trailers and Airstream Motorized Coaches . RV Parts Counter Associate Responsibilities As our Parts Counter Associate, you will keep orders flowing smoothly. You will interact with service advisors, service technicians, and guests about their needs, ensuring overall satisfaction. You will actively analyze requests and obtain parts, price, and availability information from our reference materials, including service manuals and computers. By establishing good relationships with distributors, dealers, and service centers, you will track and follow up on orders. Proactively, you will determine the status of orders and communicate that status in anticipation of guests’ and colleagues’ needs, questions, or concerns—whether by phone, text, email, or in person. Qualifications 1–3 years of guest service experience, preferably in a parts department. Working knowledge of product and mechanical/electrical components. Comfortable using computers, including Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook). Able to pass a background check. Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record. Able to travel locally. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position. Any sales or parts department experience is a plus! Are you dependable? Do you have a great attitude and amazing customer service skills? RV Parts Counter Associate Work Schedule Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. This position pays $18–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
