Assistant Main Retail Manager

Job TitleLocation: Dallas, TexasResponsibilitiesRepresent Nongshim to customers with the goal of building strong partnerships, securing new distribution opportunities, and expanding existing product placements.Create and process sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions in the system.Monitor Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.Coordinate with warehouses and customers to resolve delivery issues and confirm successful receipt of goods.Manage customer invoicing, shipment schedules, accounts receivable aging, and resolve invoice deductions to ensure accurate and timely payments.Conduct sales calls and meetings with HQ buyers, retailers, and wholesale customers to introduce Nongshim products and new items.Execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and merchandising at both HQ and store levels.Secure purchase orders from existing customers and actively seek new business opportunities.Collect and report market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends.Research market trends and analyze potential business partnerships to support sales growth.Provide general office operations support as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred4+ years of Field Sales experience preferred (Sales experience in CPG and the Food Industry highly preferred)Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint requiredProficiency with Sales data analytics using Excel highly preferredExcellent communication skills, business etiquette, and customer service skillsAbility to travelValid Driver's LicenseAuthorized to work lawfully in the United StatesEmployee Benefits100% coverage for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (Fully paid by company)401K Matching up to 4%Cellphone AllowancesMileage reimbursementEmployee DiscountsPaid VacationPaid Sick Days10 Paid HolidaysPaid Bereavement LeaveEmployee development programOn-Job Training ProgramCareer-PathLunch Catering for employeesVarious Team building programsHealth WellnessJob Type: Full-time, Exempt
