The Fiamma Commissary kitchen is looking for hard-working and reliable employees for our prep kitchen. We prepare recipes from scratch for Pye Hole, Fiamma Pizza and Fiamma Burger daily. We take pride in using the highest quality ingredients. This is a perfect job for an individual whom loves to cook, knows how to follow a recipe.
Responsibilities
- Ability to follow a recipe
- Prepare cooked and non-cooked food with consistency
- To guarantee safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Inspect and clean food preparation facilities such as equipment and work surfaces
- Professionalism
- Check for quality and maintain rotation of products to ensure freshness of food and ingredients.
- Maintain organization
Qualifications
- Able to obtain WA State Food Handlers Card
- Ability to ride a delivery trike.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs
- Ability to work standing for 7+ hours
