Desired Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Special Education Teaching certification required for consideration
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (or related field)

• Strong understanding of IEP development, goal setting, and instructional adaptation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills when working with parents, staff, and students
• Willingness to pass background checks and comply with school district requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement differentiated instruction to meet IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Maintain detailed documentation; monitor and report student progress
