Family Medicine Physician

Position Details United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an excellent physician for a clinic on the campus of a critical-access hospital located in Walton, New York. The practice is a traditional inpatient/outpatient primary care setting with a friendly community environment. The practice includes family medicine physicians, advanced practice providers, and psychiatric nurse practitioners. Multiple outpatient specialties (cardiology, etc.) are available on-site, and ancillary services such as lab, cardiopulmonary, imaging, PT, OT, speech, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, and an outpatient pharmacy are available on site. Care is coordinated with a 25-bed hospital with a 24/7 Emergency Department. Schedule On-call: One week approximately every two months for the primary‑care practice only. Compensation Salary Range: $275,240 - $344,100 annually. Competitive salary guaranteed plus full benefits, CME stipend, vacation, paid occurrence‑based malpractice. Qualifications Board eligible or certified. Completed an ACGME accredited residency program. Accepting J1 and H1B candidates. Teaching Opportunities Teaching opportunities are available with UHS Family Practice and Internal Medicine residents, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, Sports Medicine fellows, transitional year students, and 3rd and 4th year medical students from Upstate Medical University.
