Material Coordinator

Material Coordinator - $45k-55k/annually DOE!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Material Coordinator for our client to start immediately at $45k-55k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The Material Coordinator Support daily materials and inventory operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and supporting production through effective materials management and communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Maintain inventory accuracy by entering discrepancies, cycle counts, and receipts into systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and run reports each shift to ensure appropriate supply levels.
• Communicate supply issues and risks to suppliers, Material Planners, and leadership.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics including expedite activity and shipment tracking.
• Pull inventory to support production requirements and build-outs.
• Follow engineering change procedures and min/max inventory processes.
• Support plant inventory activities, dock operations, and shipment transactions.

Location: Burham, IL

• Fully onsite

Shifts : Crew A - 6am-6pm,Monday - Thursday and Sundays as needed
Crew B- 6pm-6am, Tuesday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
Crew C- Friday/Saturday 6am-6pm and Sunday/Monday 6pm-6am

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in materials or manufacturing environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in materials, logistics, or automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with inventory systems and JIT environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow standardized processes.
