BS/MS in relevant engineering

8+ years of QA team leading experience

Create Test Plans and Test cases for new and existing features with detailed approach of testing, scheduling and test exit criteria.

Identify any gaps in test plan and requirements/feature documents.

Create processes/best practices for improving bugs filing and verification.

Extensive Embedded systems / Android based device testing experience

Working knowledge of Android Studio and adb commands

Ability to multitask, prioritize work and change focus quickly when required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Communicate with engineering teams to understand the testing requirements for the product

Prepare test result reports and present to relevant stakeholders

Identify risks and discuss risk management plan with Google stakeholders

Coordinate with cross functional teams and drive corresponding issues to resolution
