Ambulatory Nurse II

Ambulatory Nurse Specialty Care II – Cottage Medical Group seeks a nurse for our specialty clinic in Goleta. This role involves comprehensive health assessments and tailored care plans for patients with complex or chronic conditions, ensuring optimal outcomes and quality of life. The nurse will provide specialized clinical expertise, education, and mentorship, and deliver diabetic education to patients. Education Minimum: Associate's Degree. Preferred: BSN/MSN. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Minimum: Current California RN License, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Certification in the specialty, if applicable. See addendum. Years of Related Work Experience Minimum: 5 years experience or a minimum of 3 years experience in particular disease management in a designated clinic.
