Job Description We are hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Virtual Expert Care Department. This is an onsite position at the Corporate Office. Position Details Part time position working 3 - 8 hour days covering work hours of 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. About the Virtual Expert Care Department The Virtual Expert Care Department is a collaborative team that allows experienced nurses to work virtually with the patient and care team at the bedside. This team of virtual nurses helps improve hospital throughput and enhances the patient experience. Responsibilities Assist the primary nurse in patient education and coordination of care Help provide communication with care team and families Work in a bedside shift to keep inpatient nursing skills up to date Use your years of experience to improve patient care and outcomes Qualifications & Expectations To be successful, you will need to be flexible, adaptable, positive, and a team‑focused nursing professional motivated by continuous learning and growth. Candidates with 2+ years of inpatient nursing experience are strongly preferred. 3–5 years of relevant experience Basic Life Support – American Heart Association or Red Cross Registered Nurse (KS) – National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS) Registered Nurse (MO) – National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS) Associate Degree Job Details Part Time Day shift (United States of America) Benefits Saint Luke’s offers competitive salaries and benefits packages to all employees.
