Job Title: Warehouse Manufacturing

Pay: $18/hour (Weekly Pay)

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; first 3 months on 1st shift, then transition to 2nd shift)

Job Description

In this role, you will play a key part in material handling, assembly support, and quality checks in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for moving coils, radiator parts, and metal components throughout the facility using various tools and equipment. You will assist with fastening, staging parts, prepping components, and supporting assembly lines. You will also support the coating process by loading and unloading parts, ensuring proper placement, and assisting with drying and curing operations. Attention to detail is essential to inspect parts for defects, coating quality, and correct assembly before moving them to the next stage.

Responsibilities

Move coils, radiator parts, and metal components using carts, pallet jacks, or hoists

Assist with fastening, staging parts, prepping components, and supporting assembly lines

Load and unload parts for spray or dip-coating and support drying and curing processes

Inspect parts for defects, proper coating coverage, and correct assembly

Essential Skills

Experience in general labor, construction, or manufacturing/production environments

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

Ability to perform assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment

Additional Skills and Qualifications

Ability to work 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM during initial training period

Must have manufacturing experience

Willingness to move to 2nd shift after first 3 months

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY 40210.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
