Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active State License is Required to Start the Position
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in general orthopedics, foot and ankle, spine, sports medicine, and trauma rehabilitation
