You work closely with sous-chefs and servers to ensure a smooth dinner service. You also work efficiently and with attention to detail in preparing salads "to go" and ensuring accuracy with each order. You take pride in the cleanliness of the kitchen by mopping, sweeping, and safely preparing all orders.
