ARE YOU THE RETAIL MANAGER OUR TEAM NEEDS? 3+ years of retail management experience (spirits, hospitality, or specialty retail preferred) Strong knowledge of bourbon, whiskey, and spirits Experience with inventory management and Point of Sale systems Proven leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities An alcohol server permit or the ability to obtain within 3 months Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment Preferred Qualification Experience managing business social media accounts WHAT IS YOUR DAY LIKE AS A RETAIL MANAGER?
