Warehouse Associate – ReturnsLocation: Nashville, TN 37207 Pay Rate: $16.50–$16.78/hr, paid weekly Schedule: 6:30am - 3:00pm, 9:00am - 5:30pm & 11:30am – 8:00pm, Monday - Friday Duration: 3-Month ContractOverviewThe Warehouse Associate will primarily support the Returns Department, processing printer parts and other products returned by customers. This is a hands-on warehouse position requiring accuracy, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently throughout the shift.ResponsibilitiesReceive and process customer returns using an RF scanner.Scan, identify, sort, and properly process returned printer parts and products.Move and handle boxes throughout the workday.Assist with picking, loading, or other warehouse functions when return volume is low.Use mechanical carts to transport boxes and materials.Maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace.Follow warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and supervisor instructions.Complete assigned work within established timelines.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, or 1 year of warehouse experience with the company.Experience using RF scanners is preferred.Strong English reading and speaking skills.Basic math skills and legible handwriting.Ability to work quickly and accurately with hands.Ability to follow directions and manage time effectively.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Additional DetailsDriving Required: No.Equipment: No large equipment or powered material-handling equipment is required.
