What You’ll Be Doing Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Mortgage Loan Originators to hit (and exceed) production goals Set sales objectives, track performance, and drive annual growth in volume, revenue, and loan quality Originate a wide variety of residential mortgage loans while staying active in outside sales Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, referral partners, and community influencers Conduct loan interviews, review applications, and guide borrowers through the mortgage process Ensure all loans meet investor guidelines and industry standards (compliance matters here!)
