Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM



Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week



Pay Rate: $28.92 - $33.74 Per Hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Additional Information

• Schedule alternates between three days one week and four days the next.
• Every other weekend required.
• Bonus requires no more than two call-outs and no no-call/no-show occurrences during the assignment.
• Must present valid government-issued identification while on assignment.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.
