Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Monitor patients' recovery from anesthesia
• Assess patients and provide necessary interventions
• Administer medications and IV therapy as needed
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team and family members
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during recovery

Requirements of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Active RN license in Washington State
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous experience in PACU or acute care settings preferred
