About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of AI Infrastructure with a strong commercial and operational background to take on a senior executive leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full end-to-end ownership of the AI-focused data center business unit, including setting and executing the strategy, and leading the team in originating and closing major leasing agreements. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in senior executive leadership, full P&L responsibility, and significant experience in large-scale capital project development and construction delivery. The Head of AI Infrastructure will also be tasked with ensuring the long-term operational performance of a portfolio of AI-optimized facilities and must be adept at stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication. Applicants for the Head of AI Infrastructure position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement, with an advanced degree or professional qualification in a related discipline being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and HPC data center requirements, including power density, cooling, network architecture, and sustainability metrics. Established relationships with hyperscalers, cloud providers, and AI-native customers, as well as experience in power procurement and utility engagement, are also desirable. The role requires a leader who can build and lead multidisciplinary teams, operate effectively across commercial, technical, and operational domains, and is capable of presenting to Boards, investors, and customer C-suites. The Head of AI Infrastructure will be expected to instill a culture of accountability, commercial discipline, and customer obsession within the organization.
