Stock Associate

Responsibilities You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customers. Process freight and unload trucks. Maintain merchandising, pricing, signage, and sales floor replenishment standards. Maintain an organized stockroom. Contribute to a safe shopping environment. Checkout customers in store and process buy online pick up in store purchases as needed. Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect item. Experience & Skills You’ll Bring Minimum Age 16 years. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. A can‑do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open‑minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture. Retail experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and time‑management skills. Ability to initiate a conversation. Salary & Hours Hourly pay range: $19.29–$19.79. Full‑time and part‑time associates are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three months of service. All associates earn paid sick leave.
