Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: 55.00 - 68.00 per hour (dependent on experience).
- Health & Wellness: Medical and vision insurance coverage are available.
- Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) & paid holidays.
- Retirement: 401(k) and profit sharing
Schedule:
- Full-Time: Tuesday: 7:30 am- 6 pm, Wednesday: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm, Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, Friday: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
Some of What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventative dental care and periodontal therapy.
- Educate patients on oral health, nutrition, and home-care techniques.
- Perform accurate periodontal charting and digital x-rays.
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and assisting team to provide comprehensive treatment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Maryland
- Current CPR certification.
- A warm, empathetic communicator who excels at managing patient anxiety.
- Experience with Dentrix preferred
