GTSC and its Datawiz business unit seeks an Endpoint Service Desk Engineering Lead .

Clearance Requirement

• Active TopSecret (TS) security clearance

Location

This is a local remote position in the metropolitan Washington DC area. There will be occasion when you are asked to perform some work onsite or to meet with other team members.

Mission

This is not a Tier 1 help desk role. The position is focused on engineering, automation, and enterprise endpoint management, including imaging, patching, configuration control, and remediation across Windows and macOS environments.

The selected candidate will serve as a primary engineering lead supporting secure endpoint operations, lifecycle management, and compliance-driven IT services.

Education

Expertise matters. There is no degree requirement.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of IT,endpoint, or cybersecurity experience
• Minimum 6 yearsperforming engineering functions

Responsibilities

• Lead enterpriseendpoint engineering across:
• Windows andmacOS device environments
• Imaging,provisioning, patching, configuration, remediation
• Implement andmaintain endpoint tool stack, including:
• Develop andexecute:
• Automateddeployment and configuration controls
• Patchvalidation and rollback procedures
• Support securebaseline enforcement and compliance tracking
• Runbooks
• SOPs
• remediationworkflows
• Supportescalation and resolution of complex engineering issues
• Collaboratewith DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and program management teams
