Associate Attorney

Halloran Sage’s Hartford Office is offering an opportunity for a Litigation Associate, who is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, with 3 + years of experience litigating insurance defense cases, to become an essential member of a high functioning, responsive team that takes pride in working together to provide clients with their best path forward. Applicants must have excellent writing skills, a strong academic background, and a willingness to learn the nuts and bolts of litigation. Admission to the Connecticut bar at the time of application is required. Your contributions will include: Providing superior research and writing skills Consulting with other attorneys on case strategies Participate in all aspects of litigation Drafting and arguing motions Responding to Interrogatories and Request for Production Attending Pretrial Conferences, Mediations and Arbitrations Desired personal attributes are: A “can do” attitude The ability to think and work independently in a collaborative environment A commitment to excellence with a focus on superior client service The desire to learn, grow and lead Experience with Litify is a plus.
