Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure freshness. Be an Expert : Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future mass productions, prepare for seasonality, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. Be a Techie : Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate decisions related to production, training, and product quality. Be an Owner : Drive the performance of the area; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and meet customer needs.
