Pay $58~$70 per hour Salary Details Pay: $58.00 - $70.00 per hour Employment Type Full-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist Familiarity with medical records management and patient care protocols is essential. Strong understanding of infection control practices within a dental environment. Knowledge of assisting techniques and four-handed dentistry is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members. Job Description Duties Conduct thorough dental cleanings and assessments of patients’ oral health. Document medical records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Assist in infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Utilize knowledge of anatomy to identify potential dental issues and assist in treatment planning. Collaborate with the dental team in providing four-handed dentistry during procedures. Monitor vital signs as needed and report any concerns to the dentist. Utilize Dentrix or similar systems for scheduling, patient records, and billing processes.
