Warehouse Administrator
Dynamic logistics company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join the team at our North Haven, CT fulfillment center. As a B2B Administrator, you'll oversee and optimize the end-to-end B2B process to ensure smooth operations and efficient order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end B2B orders: route incoming orders and schedule pickups with business partners
- Coordinate order closing in the WMS to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
- Print orders and related documentation (labels, pick sheets, packing instructions, etc.)
- Create BOLs for outbound freight orders
- Use and maintain the integration platform to connect with B2B partners and streamline data exchanges
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B inquiries and partner support
- Perform regular quality checks to verify order accuracy and compliance; take corrective actions as needed
- Identify and improve opportunities within the B2B workflow to boost productivity
- Maintain accurate B2B data and generate reports to assess performance and support decisions
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics specialists to ensure seamless B2B operations
Monday -Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm $21/hour Pre-employment background check required Potentially temp to hire
