The Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS) is seeking board-eligible/board-certified (BE/BC) Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join our Primary Care team. Current openings include our Phoenix 32nd Street Clinic, Phoenix Southwest Clinic, Scottsdale Clinic, and Surprise Clinic.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Flexible shifts: 5/8-hour shifts or 4/10-hour shifts, depending on the clinic
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties!

Patient Care

• Manage a patient panel of 8 to 18 patients per day
• Focus on individual patient care with a smaller patient panel size

Board certification is required to receive 5 days of paid CME leave. ** This position is eligible for the EDRP, a student loan repayment program. Specific eligibility requirements must be met, and the application submitted within four months of your start date. Program approval, award amount (up to $200,000), and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office. Former participants are ineligible.
