Pay: $35/hr-$43/hr

Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Mon-Fri

Job Summary:


The Process Engineer plays a key role throughout all stages of the manufacturing lifecycle. This position is responsible for designing, improving, and optimizing production processes and equipment to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability across operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development of new manufacturing equipment and processes
• Support Process Technicians in troubleshooting production issues
• Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive improvements
• Lead installation and implementation of new equipment
• Present findings, reports, and recommendations to management and customers
• Continuously evaluate processes to improve efficiency, yield, and quality

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (required)
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in process engineering or production environments
  • Proven experience optimizing or improving manufacturing processes
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CAD / AutoCAD
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of process simulations and process standards
