Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort throughout treatment. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and administering treatments with a focus on delivering high-quality healthcare services. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and health management.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
