The Role

You will grow JobFinder AI's audience on LinkedIn and turn new signups into active, paying users through email.

What You Will Work On

Plan, write, and publish posts, carousels, and articles for our LinkedIn company page
Own lifecycle emails: welcome, onboarding, abandoned checkout, and win-back
Run A/B tests on subject lines, hooks, and send times, and report what worked
Track follower growth, clicks, and signups by channel each week
Turn product updates and job-market data into content job seekers want to share

What We Are Looking For

2–3 years in social media, content, or lifecycle marketing
Clear, plain writing in American English
A track record of growing a channel or improving an email program, with numbers to show for it
Comfortable with spreadsheets and an analytics tool

Nice to Have

Experience with an email platform (Brevo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, or similar)
Basic design skills in Canva or Figma
Recent job-hunting experience — you know how it feels
